Living Like You Mean It

With that always on my mind I have always done what I have been passionate about from being in the travel industry for 15 years to owning my own boutique wine store to now being a licensed Realtor. I’ve basically followed my dreams and believe anything is possible.

As a Realtor I just didn’t want to sell real estate, my satisfaction would need to come from helping others.Yes, I knew I could help people buy their dream home but I knew that was not my cup of tea. I would need to leave that to the experts aka my husband who’s been in the industry for 20 years and loves the thrill of negotiation. My quest was to figure out a way to provide value to others and help our team prosper.

As we started buying properties, I started educating myself with Youtube videos and online courses on how to run a successful short term rental business. To my surprise, I stumbled upon an “Influencer” who would have the future recipe to the success of Cozy Colorado Furnished Rentals and the Corriere Real Estate Group. Amanda was an established realtor with EXP Real Estate who found success mentoring and coaching people on an up and coming trend. This trend was great for anyone looking to relocate into the area and needed a place to stay while they were searching for a house. She provided fully furnished homes with all utilities paid in convenient locations making it a stress-free transition. They could rent for not a short term but a mid term length of stay typically 30, 60 or 90 plus days. In her coaching practices everything came to a full circle which aligned with what I wanted to do. I could provide cozy fully furnished homes locally in convenient locations to people relocating to Colorado show them around and ensure that they have a smooth transition. After all I love hosting and I love my town! And BAMB! Just like that Cozy Colorado Furnished Rentals was established.

In a blink of an eye, I have acquired not just one mid term

rental but we are currently working on property number 9 and

In this short time, I have had the pleasure of meeting and hosting 16 grateful families who were in transition, relocating, waiting for their house to close or waiting for their home to be built. It gives me great pleasure and satisfaction to be able to provide fully furnished mid term rentals to these families in need.

Today I am proud to say I am a local Realtor and a Relocation Specialist, we have a team of experts who can help families have a smooth transition into Colorado.
